Your white-label engineering department.

We become the design and engineering team behind your business — taking on the documentation, control topology, and cinema sets your projects demand, all delivered under your brand. Scale your capacity without scaling your overhead.

01

Scale without overhead

Win bigger, more technical projects without carrying a full-time design team. Engage us per project — engineering capacity that flexes with your pipeline, not your payroll.

02

Your brand, our work

Every schematic, schedule, and CAD set carries your title block. The documentation is white-label by default — to your client, the engineering is yours.

03

Eliminate on-site risk

Field-ready schedules and resilient topologies mean fewer questions on site, fewer reworks, and a programme that actually holds to date.

Smart Home Documentation & Engineering.

Construction-ready design sets that give your installation team total clarity before a cable is pulled — schematics, layouts, and infrastructure drawings engineered to be built.

A

What we deliver

White-labelled to your title block, issued in the formats your trades already work to.

  • System schematics. Single-line and detailed signal-flow diagrams across audio, video, control, and network.
  • Rack layouts & elevations. Scaled rack designs with thermal, power, and cable-management planning.
  • Cable routing & containment. First-fix schedules with cable types, counts, and routes marked to plan.
  • Network architecture. VLAN structure, switch sizing, and resilient topology for a fully connected property.
  • Infrastructure drawings. Containment, back-boxes, and plate positions coordinated against the architect's set.
  • Programming logic notes. Control intent documented so any programmer can pick up the project cleanly.

Lighting Control Design & Engineering.

“Light defines luxury. But without flawless control topology, the illusion shatters at first fix.” Platform-agnostic across Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Loxone, DALI, KNX and more.

B

What we deliver

The control intelligence that turns a lighting design into a buildable, resilient system.

  • Load logic & field mapping. 1:1 Field ID schedules tying every circuit to its physical location and channel.
  • Resilient control-network topology. Redundant planning so a single failure never takes down a floor.
  • Lighting panel spatial design. Plant-room and lighting-panel layouts sized for load, access, and future expansion.
  • Keypad & scene scheduling. Engraving schedules and scene logic matched to the designer's lighting intent.
  • Circuit & load schedules. Full distribution-board schedules with phase balancing and dimming module sizing.
  • Platform-agnostic specification. The right control platform for the project — Crestron, Control4, Loxone, DALI or KNX.

Cinema & Media Room Engineering.

“We handle the physics, you handle the client.” Construction-ready CAD sets, acoustic modelling, and Atmos geometry — all white-labelled and CEDIA-aligned.

C

What we deliver

Cinema design is applied mathematics — resolved on the drawing board, not on site.

  • Construction-ready CAD sets. Full PDF drawing packages for the trades — build it straight from the page.
  • Acoustic modelling. Room-mode analysis, treatment placement, and RT targets for a controlled sound field.
  • Dolby Atmos speaker geometry. Precise bed and height-channel placement to specification and listener layout.
  • Projection calculations. Throw, screen size, gain, and seating sightlines worked to the room's exact geometry.
  • Rack elevations. Scaled equipment racks with ventilation, power, and signal routing fully planned.
  • White-label 3D renders. Photoreal, client-ready visuals issued under your brand — your client signs off the finished room before the build begins. Available as a standalone service or as part of the set.

From intake to amendments, ten clear steps.

A defined engineering process that keeps you, your client, and the trades aligned at every stage.

01

Intake

You brief us with drawings, scope, and constraints. We confirm what's white-label, your title block, and the deliverable formats.

02

Feasibility

We sense-check the brief against the architecture — infrastructure, plant space, and platform fit — and flag anything that will bite later.

03

Concept design

Initial system architecture and a discipline-specific approach: documentation, control topology, or cinema geometry.

04

Engineering

The physics is resolved — acoustic models, DALI universes, load logic, network design — the decisions expensive to undo on site.

05

Coordination

We align our set with the architect, M&E, and interior teams so nothing clashes at first fix.

06

Documentation

The construction-ready set is produced — schematics, schedules, CAD, field IDs — issued under your brand.

07

Review

You review against your client's expectations; we refine until the set is ready to issue with total confidence.

08

Issue for construction

The approved package goes to the trades. Everyone builds from one coordinated source of truth.

09

Build support

We stay reachable through the install, answering technical queries so the programme keeps moving.

10

Amendments

As-built changes are captured and the set is updated, leaving a clean record for handover and future works.

Your Title Block

White-label by default.

Every schematic, schedule, and CAD set carries your branding. We are the engineering department behind your business - invisible to your client, indispensable to you.

Brief a Project

Engineering you can actually trust.

Most design support comes with strings attached. Ours doesn't — and that changes what the drawings are really optimised for.

The tied alternative

Manufacturer or distributor-led
  • Designs steered toward the platforms they're targeted to sell
  • Hardware quotas and rebates shaping the specification
  • Documentation built to win the order, not to build cleanly
  • Their brand quietly attached to your client relationship

Savvy AV

Genuinely independent
  • The right platform for the project, every time
  • No agreements, no quotas, no hidden incentives
  • Documentation engineered to be built without surprises
  • Fully white-label — your name, start to finish

The technical detail.

We design, document, and engineer — we don't install. The physical work stays with you and your trades, and you keep the client relationship and deliver under your own brand. Where it's useful, we can also introduce trusted, vetted trades to carry out the implementation — so a complete, managed solution is on the table whenever you want one.

Every drawing, schedule, and render is produced to your title block and branding. There is no Savvy AV mark on anything that reaches your client. As far as they're concerned, the engineering is yours — because to them, it is.

We're platform-agnostic. Lighting and control work spans Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Loxone, DALI and KNX. Because we hold no manufacturer agreements, we specify whatever genuinely suits the project rather than whatever we're targeted to sell.

Yes. Every cinema is engineered to the CEDIA/CTA-2065 (RP22) recommended practice, and we target the performance level best suited to your room — graded appropriately, never over- or under-specified. Acoustic modelling, Dolby Atmos geometry and projection calculations are all worked to that benchmark.

Hardware supply is available but always secondary to the design. The engineering comes first and is never shaped by what we might supply. If it's useful to you we can assist with procurement, but you're never tied to it.

Send us the brief through the enquiry form below — project type, stage, platforms, and the disciplines you need. We'll come back to scope the engagement and confirm deliverables, timescales, and your white-label requirements.

Brief us on the project.

The more detail you share, the faster we can scope it. Nothing here is binding — it simply helps us come back to you with something useful.
